PAYMENT PLAN AGREEMENT

The Breeder and Client may be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".

1. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement establishes a structured payment arrangement between the Breeder and the Client for the purchase and transfer of the puppy described in the related sales documentation.

3. PAYMENT PLAN TERMS

The Client agrees to make payments according to the following payment arrangement:

4. LATE PAYMENTS

5. DEFAULT

The Client shall be considered in default if:

A scheduled payment is missed or not received when due.
The Client fails to comply with any term of this Agreement.

Upon default, the Breeder may declare the remaining unpaid balance immediately due and payable and may cancel any reservation or transfer arrangements until the balance is resolved.

6. EARLY PAYMENT

The Client may pay all or part of the remaining balance early without penalty unless otherwise stated in this Agreement.

7. MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT

Any amendment or modification of this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of {{governing_state}}.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes any prior oral or written understandings.
